Ready For A New Job?
People sometimes ask me when the right time is to change jobs for something much better.
So I ask them back - well, when is right for you? You see often I find that many people just want to be told. We seem to have evolved into a society where we are expecting to be spoon-fed.
Yet that won’t work. Individuals have to get back to taking responsibility for themselves - and with that, when they are unhappy, notice that they are - and that they can do something for iut themselves. Without waiting for anyone else.
It’s as simple as that - just the self-instigated taking of action from something that’s not anyone else’s role is the vital part. Very rewarding in outcome. Very self-empowering.
Very developmental for each and every individual that takes the step.
